Return Policy
All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the product(s) to us within 7 days and we will refund the full product price. We will refund shipping costs only if the result is our error (wrong item shipped, shipping damage). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped, in which we will refund the shipping charges.
- We warrant our products for 3-6-9-12 Months under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective product.
Return Authorization
All returns within 7 days from the purchase date can be for an exchange or refund. Customer Cover return fee.
If you have experienced a problem with an item bought from us, or if ElectroBit SA has sent the wrong item, please feel free to contact us telephonically, via WhatsApp or Email.
We will process your request and try to find a solution for your problem. If the problem cannot be fixed by our technical support team, we will generate an RMA
number (Return Material Authorization) for you shipping charges will not be charged and a replacement product shipped immediately.
Alternatively before booking return for a faulty product, please contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to RMA@electrobitsa.com For your protection, we strongly recommend that you ensure your return item is well packed to avoid any loss or damages from couriers.
Once inspection concludes that the returned battery is defective, a new battery will be shipped out without extra charge.
Please note: we cannot process returned item if it doesn’t have RMA or if you have not yet received an RMA number. If you have any questions, please feel free to send an email.

Shipping and handling charges will be paid for by the customer on all exchanges after the 14th day period.
ElectroBit SA reserves the right to add additional charges to cover other expenses (price increases, etc.) on all exchanges made after the 30th day period.
